Week in WV

The kids and I spent all of last week in WV visiting while Joe was in Mexico. We had fun just hanging out at Mom and Dad's and visiting with family. JR, Lori, TJ and Gracie came out to visit with us which thrilled the kids. Owen talked about TJ all week and had so much fun playing with him.

We were just missing Gwen and we'd of had the whole gang of 3rd cousins. (is 3rd right?)

Tab and I had a fun night out of Outback and Gymboree. We just happened in there on the day that they had 20% off their clearance and we had additional 20% coupons so we got tons of great deals. We closed down the store that night!

A funny from Owen this week...
Mom and Owen were playing one day and he said, "Hey Mimi, you be Jesus." She sort of laughed and said, "okay, who are you gonna be?" He said, "GOD." She asked him what they were gonna do and he said, "make the world."

I am not sure what we did all week but it seemed to fly by. We came back to Shelbyville Friday night, on our way out of town we stopped by Lisa and Terry's and visited with them for awhile.

Their kids are getting so big and are all so cute. Owen had a time with Wil and loved all his "boy toys." Josie enjoyed all the attention from Olivia and Allie. I wish they lived nearby!

We met Dad in Huntington and ate at Logans before our drive. Maggie was happy with her dinner of peanuts and bread as you can see.

Mimi made her soup everyday once again so she ate well. And here is Owen indulging in the dessert JaJa got for them to share. :)

We didn't get home until pretty late Friday night and all the kids were sleeping so Joe just carried them up and put them to bed.
They were all excited to see him the next morning and he said he couldn't beleive how much Josie had changed in just a week. She is getting very mobile now, not crawling but rolling. Saturday I put her on her blanket to play and came back in the room and she had gotten up under her swing and was just playing.

She is sitting up now and will be crawling before long I am guessing.

Preschool begins this week so it should be a busy one for us.
